A fully integrated and comprehensive retreat programme specifically curated for gay and queer men, including a three-day, two night residential retreat with truffle ceremony and other consciousness practices, as well as support beforehand with personal preparation and guidance, and afterwards with integration.
Preparation
Good preparation sets the tone for transformation.
Support includes:
All necessary screening
A personal 30-minute online discovery call to answer any initial questions and manage expectations
A preparation manual and guidance to prepare yourself for the retreat on a mind, body, spirit level
A personal online 60-minute preparation and coaching session to connect with intentions and key motivations
Retreat weekend
A nourishing weekend of coming together in community to form deep connection, to grow and heal.
Support includes:
A full weekend of activities over three days and two nights (Fri 1pm – Sun 1pm)
A relaxing, comfortable and safe queer space
1 truffle ceremony
Breathwork, meditation and movement sessions
Sharing circles
Time to rest, to feel, to connect
An experienced support team of queer or queer allied facilitators
Two nights accommodation in a communal setting
All meals, snacks and refreshments
